My opinion about Valencian schools is that we are behind the rest of Europe because we don't invest in education. So, we can find many schools, speacially public schools, that don't have the necessary tools to develop and exploit English language. However, there are some schools that have already these tools for the benefit of both teachers and studennts. Among these tools we can find the language laboratory with new computers exclusively dedicated to the use of the language, classrooms equipped with digital white screens, projectors, internet, adequate loudspeakers...
But, I think that if Valencian schools want to have all these resources, we will have to wait during a long time.

In Valencia there are several kinds of schools, we have public schools,
Public Private Partnership schools, and private ones. In general,
schools have not a good level of education, if we pay attention to
researchs that have been done in other countries of Europe; but, if we
have a look to the curriculum that the government implements for the
schools of Valencia, the accomplish it in almost every point. In this
way, students are(or should be) taught in all the areas of the
curriculum, although some times they are not.
Education depends not only on teachers, but also on the educatiuonal
system, and on students.
In this way, students should participate in the process of learning.
And schools have to be able to help students, not only teaching
theoretical content, but also providing them the appropiate material
and infrastucture.
If we pay attention to these issues, almost every school is able to
teach and prepare its students in an educational context.

Our experience as a Master student
Moni:
As a trainee teacher I have been dealing with different realities and this is a great way to get to know which one best suits to you. I have been teachin english to:
little children (4-5 years) and it is funny, it's a play!
Primaria and Eso Students
University students who wanted to improve their language to go abroad or for EOI exams
Adults who wanted to improve or learn english for their businness
It is hard to work with adolescents, even though it is a very eterogeneous group, some of show absolutely no interest in learning while others are very competitive and commetted to studying.
Teaching adults is the best from the point of view of motivation.
Paula:
I think that this master is very useful for future teachers, specially the practical parts where we can apply our knowledge of the field. This doesn't mean that the theoretical subjects are useless, but I think that in some of them there is too much information to be acquired in such a short period of time.
But in general this master will prepare us in a much better way than did the old CAP.
Noelia:
I have been told that I have to describe my experience in the "máster Universitario Profesor secundaria: Inglés".
To describe the course, i will say that we are in class since October to June, from 8.30 a.m to 2.30 p.m. But we have two practical periods in which we have to go to different schools to teach same lessons on English language.
As regards to classes, they are too long, but I think theoretical background is useful.
To conclude I would say that I think in this course I have learnt many things about how to be a teacher.
